Earlier in my career, I experienced what many high-performing leaders face—operating at a relentless pace, carrying significant responsibility, and navigating complex demands without the level of clarity and alignment needed to lead sustainably at the highest level.
As a wife, mother of three, and business owner, I understand the real-world pressure of leading across multiple domains—professionally and personally. That experience led me to a different approach: one that prioritizes clarity, internal alignment, and a deeper understanding of how our thinking, physiology, and decision-making work together to drive effective leadership.
